- Supporting the sales team with administrative matters, e.g. inquiries, orders, statistics, deployment planning and maintenance of pool vehicles
- Coordination, preparation and monitoring of appointments as well as travel management and invoicing
- Independent office administration in the Service team, primarily in terms of processing service and complaint cases from our customers
- Execution of order, budget and invoice processes, scheduling, archive management and occupational health and safety
- Support for guests and cooperation partners
